Rio's answer to Ghostbar is this New Orleans inspired rooftop retreat. The panoramic view from it's 51st floor perch is among the best in town. The decor has an upscale Mardi Gras appeal with a dark interior set off by bright booths and colorful lighting. Guest can mingle by the bar or drift outside onto the large outdoor balcony. Besides the view, the drinks are the real attraction here. Like so many bars in the Big Easy, this one features a wide assortment of exotic cocktails with appropriately bizarre names. Dine in the lounge's companion restaurant on the 50th floor, then take the stairs up to the party for a great date.

Who is there and when to go to your Las Vegas lounge.

It may be located in the desert, but you can still get a great Hurricane at VooDoo Lounge. You can also get a fantastic view. This rooftop lounge is a great alternative for partiers who don't have the patience to wait in line across the street for Ghostbar. VooDoo Lounge offers the same view as it's neighbor with greater comfort. Although the early crowd is mostly mature, late night sees some pretty good action among the younger, hipper crowd. Monday night offers a Latin party, but Thursday's VooDoo Risin' with Joey Mazzola works black magic.
