Bellagio's version of the ultra-lounge is a little more lounge, a little less ultra than other attempts at the upscale concept. The decor of dark wood and leather, red capet, and marble accents ends up looking too much like a waiting room or airport VIP room, rather than what you would expect from a Las Vegas ultra-lounge. This is probably due to the smallnes of the room, sharp angles, low ceiling, and accent floral arrangements. But whether the overall look is to sterile or not, it is richly executed and the crowd of young sophisticates that frequent this venue seem to feel right at home.

Who is there and when to go to your Las Vegas nightclub.

Bellagio's ultra-lounge attracts a similar crowd as that found in it's sibling venue, Light. That means plenty of suits (sans jacket now that the meeting is over) and loads of golddiggers. In spite of this, Caramel is still a cool place to meet friends before or after dinner, if only to show off your platinum card. Thursday nights are crowded when the lounge takes part in Bounce, Bellagio's version of club hopping between Caramel and Light.
